# October 2026

> Gradium releases from October 2026

<Update label="2026.10.08" description="Voice Localization">
  Make a voice you already have speak another language, or another accent, without changing who is speaking. Point `POST /voice-generator/localize` at a flagship voice or a custom voice, pick an accent, and get candidates back in seconds. Audition and convert them like Voice Design candidates.

  Also new: `GET /voice-generator/available-accents` lists the accents you can target, and the candidate listing now carries a per-kind config object (`generate_config`, `edit_language_config`, `enhance_config`). `prompt` is deprecated.

  See the [Voice Localization guide](https://docs.gradium.ai/guides/voices/voice-localization) to get started.

  Voice Enhance is out of beta: it is now a standard feature, with no change to the API. See the [Voice Enhance guide](https://docs.gradium.ai/guides/voices/voice-enhance).
