How we use your feedback - Gradium API

Your feedback helps us investigate quality issues and improve the Gradium product. We do not use feedback submitted through this form to train models. When you click Submit, we collect:

Your rating, selected categories, and optional comment.
Identifiers linking your feedback to the relevant generation or session and your account.
For Speech-to-Text, whether you uploaded a file or used your microphone.
For Translation, the session’s mode and target language.

Anything you write in the comment is included, so please avoid sharing sensitive information. You can use Gradium without submitting feedback. Closing the form without submitting does not send your comment or selected categories.

If you’ve opted out of data retention

If your organization has opted out of data retention, nothing is collected through this feedback form, and we will not receive your feedback. To share feedback with us, please contact customer support.
