Your Gradium organization holds your voices, sessions, API keys and team. You manage it in Gradium Studio: open the Profile dropdown in the top right and select Organization.

Roles

Every member of an organization has one of two roles. Only admins can:
  • Edit the organization details, such as its name and billing email.
  • Turn Zero data retention on or off under Data controls > Zero data retention. See Zero data retention.
  • Request a data residency change under Data controls > Data residency. See Data residency.
  • Invite people, change roles and remove members.
  • Delete the organization.
Zero data retention and data residency need a paid plan, whatever your role. On a free plan, both settings are greyed out; hover them to see why, and use Upgrade plan at the top of the Data controls section. These rules are enforced by the API as well as in Studio. A member who opens the page sees Only admins can manage this organization, and should ask an admin to make the change. Members can still see the organization’s Data residency card.

Team members

The Team members table lists everyone in the organization, with their name and email, the date they became a member, their last login, their role and their status:
  • Active: the person has joined the organization.
  • Pending: an invitation has been sent and not yet accepted.
  • Expired: the invitation was not accepted in time.
You can search the list by name or email and sort it by column. Export CSV downloads the list as it is shown, so apply a search first to export only the matching members. Admins can resend or cancel a pending invitation from the same table.

Invite members

  1. Click Invite.
  2. Enter one or more email addresses. You can add several at once.
  3. Choose a role with the Member / Admin switch. Invitations are sent as Member by default.
  4. Click Send invitation.
Each invitation carries the role you chose. The person gets that role when they accept.

Change a member’s role

Click the role of another active member and pick Admin or Member.

Remove a member

Click the trash icon on the member’s row, then confirm. The person loses access to the organization and its resources.
An organization always keeps at least one admin. Changing the last admin to Member, or removing them, is refused. Make another member an admin first.

Delete the organization

Deleting an organization is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.
  1. In the organization details card, scroll to Delete this organization at the bottom and click Delete organization.
  2. Review what will be deleted. Studio lists it with counts:
    • Voices and voice clones
    • Sessions and recordings
    • Team memberships
    • User accounts deleted
    • API keys
  3. Type the organization’s name to confirm.
  4. Click Delete permanently.
API keys of the organization stop working once it is deleted. Afterwards, Studio switches you to another organization you belong to, or signs you out if you have none left.
